INGREDIENTS

  1. Incorporate all the ingredients together
  2. Incorporate on the 2nd speed for 8 - 10 minutes
  3. Allow to rest for 10 minutes
  4. Incorporate for 5 minutes
  5. Allow to rest for 20 minutes
  6. Cut the dough into balls. Allow to rest for 20 minutes
  7. Shape and ferment for 30 minutes at (35°C with a humidity of 65% RH)
  8. Fry at 180°C - 190°C until they turn golden brown
